Key takeaways

  • No extension is best for everyone. Choose by how many catalogs you list, whether you prefer a free plan, a pass, a monthly plan or one payment, and how much access you will grant.
  • Price models differ more than prices: free tiers, time-based passes, monthly or yearly plans and a one-time payment. Compare the cost over the months you will really list.
  • Whichever you choose, check every field after it fills and submit the catalog yourself. A filled form can still fail Meesho's quality check.
  • Rocket Listing is ours. Its store page showed 20 users on 15 October 2026, so weigh that, and read the section on where it is weaker.

There is no single best Meesho autofill extension: the right one depends on how many catalogs you list, what you will pay and how much access you accept. This page compares six options on price model, trial, store users, last update and scope, from pages read on 15 October 2026. Rocket Listing is our own product.

How we compared these Meesho autofill extensions

We make Rocket Listing, an independent Chrome extension, so this page is not neutral and we do not rank anyone. We read each tool's public page on 15 October 2026: the Chrome Web Store listing where there is one, and the vendor's own page otherwise. We did not install or time the other five, so nothing here is a test result.

The columns are the things a page can show: price model, what you get before paying, store users and rating, last update and what the tool lists for itself. Prices and counts change. If one is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.

What does a Meesho autofill extension do?

It fills the repetitive parts of Meesho's catalog form, such as attributes, size rows, prices and checkboxes, from answers you saved once. Tools differ in how they learn those answers: some keep a profile of default values, and Rocket Listing records what you do on the form as a template. The longer explanation is on the Meesho autofill page.

Read the empty cells for what they are: "Not read" means we did not open the tool's store listing, not that it has no users. Ratings are what the store shows, and a rating from 4 or 8 people says little. Each of the six pages describes Meesho's supplier panel and no other marketplace.

What does a year of using a Meesho autofill extension cost?

Meesho autofill extension price is easiest to judge over a year of steady use. This table multiplies the prices read on 15 October 2026 and adds nothing else. It leaves out Lisstify and QuickList AI because their store pages show no prices. Taxes are shown only where the vendor states them.

Twelve months of use at the prices read on 15 October 2026
ExtensionHow the year is boughtTotal for the year
Rocket Listing ProOne 365-day payment, or twelve 30-day payments of ₹99₹948, or ₹1,188 if you buy monthly
ZesmackTwelve 30-day passes of ₹99, GST extra at checkout₹1,188 before GST; ₹1,401.84 with 18% GST
EcomFriendlyA yearly plan, or twelve monthly plans of ₹199₹999, or ₹2,388 if you pay monthly
EcomDostOne lifetime payment₹1,499 once, and nothing after

A one-time price wins if you will list for years and the tool keeps working. A pass or subscription wins if you list in bursts or want to leave without a sunk cost. Check what happens when a plan ends: Rocket Listing's account returns to the Free plan, so ask the same of any other tool. Check tax at each checkout.

What access does an extension ask for, and how do you check it?

A store page rarely lists permissions, so check them yourself. In Chrome, open chrome://extensions, choose Details on the extension and read Site access: it shows whether the extension runs only on specific sites or on all sites. On the store listing, read the Privacy practices section for the data the developer says it handles.

  • Site access. Prefer an extension limited to Meesho's pages for the job it does. Ask why it needs more.
  • Sign-in. Rocket Listing uses Google sign-in and never sees your Google password. EcomFriendly says on its page that it does not ask for your Meesho password. Check the others.
  • Where your saved answers live. Rocket Listing keeps Meesho templates in your browser. QuickList AI and Zesmack say their profiles sync through an account or the cloud. That helps across computers, and it means the data is stored somewhere else.
  • Our own access. Chrome lists Rocket Listing as able to access all sites, because its separate step recorder can work on other pages you choose. The Meesho-specific features run only on Meesho, and the privacy policy has the detail.

We did not compare the permissions of the other five, because their store pages do not list them and we have not installed them. Do that check before you pay anyone, us included.

Which is the best Meesho autofill tool for your kind of seller?

What to weigh, by the kind of seller you are
If you areWeigh this firstWhat the pages show
Listing a few catalogs a weekA free plan or trial that lets you test a real catalog before payingRocket Listing, Lisstify, QuickList AI, Zesmack and EcomFriendly each offer a free plan, free listings, a trial or demo tokens
Listing many catalogs a day in a few categoriesLimits per plan, and cost per catalog at your volumeZesmack sells time passes; EcomFriendly gives demo tokens, then monthly or yearly plans. Check what counts as one use and whether a plan caps fills
Listing across many categoriesHow the tool stores answers: one profile of defaults, or one template per categoryRocket Listing needs one template per category and refuses to fill another category's form
Wanting one payment and no renewalsWhat the payment covers and for how longEcomDost sells lifetime access; Rocket Listing's 365-day Pro ends after the year with no automatic renewal
Needing more than the formWhether you need labels, images or analytics from the same extensionLisstify lists image generation and label tools; Rocket Listing does neither

If you list one category again and again, the Meesho seller tools by job page puts autofill next to the other jobs a seller has. Excel bulk upload is a separate route: see Meesho bulk upload vs single catalog before you decide a form filler is what you need.

Where Rocket Listing is weaker than the others

You should know where our tool falls short before you install it. From the live extension, version 1.0.5:

  • Track record. The store showed 20 users and 4 ratings on 15 October 2026, against 20,000 users for Lisstify. Newer means fewer people have tested it on their categories.
  • Single-catalog form only. It works on Add Single Catalog and on the edit page of an existing listing. It does not do Excel bulk upload or other supplier panel pages.
  • Photos and Publish stay with you. It never uploads images or presses Publish. Read how to upload a catalog on Meesho for what the rest of the flow involves.
  • One template per category. A template refuses to fill a form from another category, so a seller with many categories records many templates.
  • Templates stay on one computer. Meesho templates live in your browser and do not sync to another computer. QuickList AI and Zesmack both describe syncing.
  • Desktop Chrome 114 or newer and a Google sign-in. No phone, and other browsers are untested.
  • No extras on the form side. It has no label tools or image tools, and we have not benchmarked fill speed, so we make no speed claim.
  • Plan limits. The Free plan caps templates and fills. The current limits are on the pricing page.

How to choose a Meesho autofill tool: a six-point checklist

  1. Test one real catalog. Use your busiest category, not a demo product, and see how many fields still need you.
  2. Check what it leaves to you. Photos, the final review and the submit button should stay yours. See how Rocket Listing works for our own account of it.
  3. Price the year, not the entry fee. Use the table above, and find out what happens on the day the plan ends.
  4. Check access and storage. Read Site access in Chrome and the Privacy practices section on the store page.
  5. Look at the last update. Meesho changes its panel and a saved template may stop filling some fields, so an extension that has not been updated for months deserves a question.
  6. Know who to ask. Find the support address or form before you pay. You stay responsible for your listings and for following Meesho's rules whichever tool you use.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

01

What is the best Meesho autofill extension?

There is no single best one. It depends on how many catalogs you list, your budget, whether you want a free plan or one payment, and how much access you are willing to grant. Compare the table above, test one real catalog with two tools and keep the one that fits. Rocket Listing is our own product.

02

Which Meesho autofill tool has a free plan?

As read on 15 October 2026: Rocket Listing and Lisstify have a free plan, QuickList AI gives 5 free listings, Zesmack gives a 7-day trial with 10 autofills, and EcomFriendly gives 10 demo tokens. EcomDost's page states no trial. Limits differ, so read each one before you rely on it.

03

How much do Meesho autofill extensions cost?

From pages read on 15 October 2026: Rocket Listing Pro is ₹99 for 30 days or ₹948 for 365 days, Zesmack is ₹10 to ₹99 for 2 to 30 days plus GST, EcomFriendly is ₹199 a month or ₹999 a year, and EcomDost is ₹1,499 once. Lisstify and QuickList AI show no prices on their store pages.

04

Is it safe to use a Meesho autofill extension?

We cannot call any extension safe for you, ours included. Check Site access in chrome://extensions, read the Privacy practices on the store page and the developer's privacy policy, and ask where your saved answers are stored. Keep following Meesho's rules, because you are responsible for your listings whichever tool fills them.

05

Can one extension work for Meesho and Flipkart?

Not Rocket Listing: its autofill works on Meesho's single-catalog form only, and Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra automation is not available yet. The five other pages we read each describe Meesho only. If a tool claims to fill Flipkart too, ask for proof on your own seller account.

06

Does autofill submit the listing automatically?

Rocket Listing does not: you add the photos, review every field and press Publish yourself. EcomDost and EcomFriendly say on their pages that the seller reviews and submits. We could not confirm the others from their store pages, so check before you rely on a tool to submit.

07

How do I check what an extension can access?

Open chrome://extensions, choose Details on the extension and read Site access, which shows whether it runs on specific sites or all sites. On the Chrome Web Store listing, read Privacy practices for the data the developer says it handles. Then read its privacy policy for where your data is stored.
